The Ossian Senior Hospice opened in 1966 and is a 46 bed skilled nursing facility with a 10 bed dementia unit. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy and are able to rehab people to return to their homes after a surgery or illness. We have long term placement, dementia care, and end of life care. We also do the meals on wheels program for the community of Ossian. We employ approximately 70 people in various departments.

We are a non-profit organization that was started by Monsignor Vernon Peters and several dedicated citizens of the community, we have enjoyed many years of community support and continue to be a vital part of the community.
