Automatic Withdrawal
Your City of Ossian's water, sewer, garbage bill can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account by filling out the Authorization Form and returning it to the city clerk.
Urban Revitalization Project
New construction or improvements to your property may qualify you for a tax abatement on the increased value added to your property. If you think there is a possiblity of increasing the value of your property by at least 15%, fill out the application form and submit it to the Ossian City Council for their review. Contact the city clerk to clarify any questions you may have on this program.
