Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Mayor Beckman called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Holthaus made a motion approving the following consent items: April 7, 2025 council minutes, April 28, 2025 council minutes, clerk’s reports, monthly bills and building permits, second by Lienau carried.

Langreck made a motion approving Resolution 714, a resolution approving bank and lockbox designees; seconded by Bohr
Whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None. Absent: Knutson
Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.

Holthaus made a motion approving Resolution 715, a resolution approving employee wages; seconded by Lienau.
Whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None. Absent: Knutson
Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.

Langreck made a motion approving Resolution 716, a resolution approving FY26 wages; seconded by Bohr.
Whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None. Absent: Knutson
Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.

Lienau made a motion approving Resolution 717, a resolution transferring funds for the purpose of debt service payments; seconded by Holthaus.
Whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None. Absent: Knutson
Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.

Langreck made a motion approving Resolution 718, a resolution transferring funds for city purpose; seconded by Bohr.
Whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None. Absent: Knutson
Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.

Council discussed storm sewer by Becker Ave.

Council discussed city legal matters.

Council reviewed nuisance properties.

The council had a general discussion regarding community center roof, cement pillars, chickens, comp time hours, office hours, trees, Ossian’s 175th celebration and old city hall.

Lienau made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bohr; carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:16p.m.
