Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Mayor Pro Tem Holthaus called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tem Holthaus opened the public hearing for the FY26 Proposed Budget. There were no written or public comments. Mayor Pro Tem Holthaus closed the public hearing.
Lienau made a motion approving Resolution 713, a resolution approving the FY26 budget; seconded by Langreck.
Whereupon the Mayor Pro Tem put the question on the motion and the following named Council Members voted:
Ayes: Bohr, Knutson, Langreck, Holthaus, Lienau. Nays: None.
Whereupon the Mayor Pro Tem declared said motion carried and the resolution adopted.
Langreck made a motion approving a fence permit for Essman, second by Lienau, carried.
Lienay made a motion allowing Ingles and Fouts to house chickens on their properties; second by Bohr, carried.
Holthaus made a motion approve City of Ossian banners to put on the new street lights; second by Lienau, carried.
Langreck made a motion approving a tobacco permit for Casey’s General Story, second by Lienau, carried.
Lienau made a motion approving and easement and quit claim deed for Hillside Cemetery, second by Holthaus, carried.
Langreck made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bohr; carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:35pm.
